working as an
experienced
designer,
strategic thinker and multi-tasker responsible for conception,
design, development and production of photos, graphics, animation, video,
text, and web content in support of Army Military Police and Army Engineer
DVD, video and online training Distance Learning products. I am
as comfortable leading projects as I am staying in my lane as a valuable
team member. I enjoy the camaraderie of working together toward a
common goal.
Proficient
in the
creation and manipulation of graphics and photos using Photoshop and
other graphics software, and as a production Flash animator. I also serve as
producer, photographer and videographer with training in photography,
AVID and Premier Pro.
Over
100 college credit hours, hundreds of hours of specialized training,
and over a decade of
experience in Web Design and Development,

Duties: Serves as a training technician to the installation Audio Visual
Production Officer to support TRADOCs Department of the Army
Multimedia/Visual Information Production. Leads and assists in the
development and presentation of distributed learning and audiovisual
training programs for employees assigned to or serviced by Fort Leonard
Wood. Assists in the development of programs of instruction, delivery,
testing, and continuous improvement to assure the best possible training is
provided to the Maneuver Support Center’s (MANSCEN) service schools.
Knowledge of video production/filmmaking principles in order to assist in
preparing and processing instructional tools such as scripts, storyboards,
audiovisual and photographic media, and narration. Performs as photographer
and optimizes photography and line art using photoshop and other graphic
software programs. Animates dL using Flash 8.0. Performs as producer,
director, videographer, and editor; edits video using Premier Pro 2.0.
Performs as Sharepoint web administrator and trainer for two unit sites and
their internal use. Maintains contract files and performs primary
coordination between training developers, subject matter experts (SME), and
contractors. Prepares and processes invoices.

03/28/1999 to 04/15/2005: Sole in charge of web site analysis, production
and development (graphics creation, content research, writing, design and
final implementation) as well as web site administration and troubleshooting
duties (technology upgrades, design changes and content updates) for the
200-page, Official, United States Army Military Police School (USAMPS) Web
Site (not the current online web site--see examples
here). Developed and presented elaborate Fire and
Maneuver PowerPoint slide presentations and other course material to MP
classes of up to 150 students. SPECIAL SKILLS ACQUIRED DURING THIS TOUR:
Solid experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
Flash, SWiSH, FrontPage, and in
PHPBB2 Administration. Web programming abilities include HTML
hand-coding, FrontPage CSS button and navigation interface implementation,
PHP form and CGI script implementation, JAVA applet rollover button and
image swapping implementation, and both DOS and Unix command line
experience. Solid experience creating optimized moving gif images and image
maps using Coffee Cup Gif Animator and Image Mapper. Practices disciplined

Network Manager in a mixed network, System Administrator/Analyst, Database
Manager, and Master Trainer. Identified and documented software problems and
prioritized software fixes and enhancements scheduled for implementation.
Improved productivity by providing technical and operational support to end
users of computer systems. Provided system users and leadership with
database analysis and feedback. Planed, installed, configured, and tested
systems. Solely upgraded 4, 286 nodes and a XENIX server, to 18 Windows for
Workgroups 486 and Pentium workstations with individual printers, a Windows

Development here at Fort Leonard Wood for the last 5 years as the sole
