Early vector graphic technology made a great difference to the MP Training Support Division (TSD) homepage, an otherwise uninteresting site (linked below and reformatted using SWISH).  Today, Macromedia Flash would reduce the size of the SWISH site to less than 1/3 for almost no delay in loading.
